Mr Petcam HD records in AVI video format. Most of today's video programs support this video format. Windows Media Viewer comes pre installed on most Windows based computers and tablets. If you do not have this program you can download it for free from Microsoft.com
If you are using a Mac computer, you will need to download a free program called "Windows Media Viewer for Mac" to view the Mr Petcam HD recorded videos. This program is available on Microsoft.com as well.
